At Namories Boxing, we are committed to processing and dispatching your orders as efficiently as possible so you can get your gear out on the canvas without delay. Because our fulfillment system moves quickly, we have established a clear and fair policy for order cancellations.

1. The Cancellation Window

To give our team a realistic chance to intercept your package before it leaves our facility, cancellation requests MUST be submitted within 24 hours of order placement.

  • Fast-Track & Rush Items: Many of our core inventory items are packed and prepared for the courier within hours of your purchase. For these items, time is of the essence.

  • Shipped Orders: If an order has already been processed and handed over to our shipping partners, it can no longer be canceled. Don't worry, though simply wait for the package to arrive and refer to our standard Return Policy to initiate a return.

2. Standard Cancellation Fees

Please note that all customer-requested cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 10% cancellation fee.

  • Why do we charge this? When an order is placed, payment processors charge us non-recoverable transaction fees, and our team dedicates immediate labor to pulling and staging stock. This 10% fee covers those baseline administrative costs and applies to all items, including standard in-stock inventory and all pre-order items.

  • Our Guarantee to You: If an order must be canceled by us for any reason outside of your control (such as an unexpected inventory shortage or system glitch), you will NOT be charged a fee. You will receive a 100% full refund immediately.

3. Fair Play & Automated Orders (Anti-Bot Policy)

To ensure that all athletes and boxing enthusiasts get fair, equal access to our premium gear, we strictly prohibit the use of automated purchasing scripts, third-party software, or "bots."

If our security system identifies an order that bypasses standard checkout procedures, or flags a user attempting to abuse strict household/item limits by creating multiple duplicate accounts:

  • The affected orders will be canceled immediately without prior notice.

  • The full 10% cancellation fee will be applied to cover transaction expenses and security audit logs.
