Pre Order Policy

Securing high-demand boxing gear, limited-edition equipment, and upcoming product drops before they hit the general market is the best way to ensure you don’t miss out. When you place a pre-order with Namories Boxing, you are reserving a guaranteed spot in our incoming inventory queue.
To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, please review our official pre-order terms and conditions below.
1. Payment & Reservation
To securely reserve your item and lock in your place in line, all pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. This full payment guarantees that your stock is allocated to you directly from our manufacturer shipments.
2. Combined Shipping Policy
If your order contains a mix of currently in-stock items and pre-order items (or multiple pre-order items with different release dates), the entire order will NOT ship until ALL items are physically in stock.

Pro Tip: If you need your training gear or standard accessories right away, please place separate orders for in-stock items and pre-order items.
3. Pre-Order Cancellations
You may request a cancellation on a pre-order item from the moment you purchase it up until our final booking windows close with our distributors. Please keep in mind that all customer-initiated pre-order cancellations are subject to our standard 10% cancellation fee (as outlined in our Cancellation Policy) to cover non-recoverable payment processing merchant charges.
4. Supply Allocations & Distributor Adjustments
While we utilize advanced inventory forecasting to prevent overselling, global supply chains can occasionally be unpredictable. On rare occasions, manufacturers or distributors may "short" or reduce an retail shipment, particularly on highly anticipated, specialty, or limited-run production drops.

Our Commitment: If a distributor shortage occurs and we cannot fulfill your reservation, we will work tirelessly to find an alternative. In the absolute worst-case scenario where we cannot deliver your product, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide you with a 100% full refund immediately.
5. Strict Purchase Limits & Fair Play
To protect our community and ensure that exclusive gear is distributed fairly among athletes and enthusiasts, certain high-demand pre-orders may feature a strict "Per-Customer Limit."

If you place multiple distinct orders exceeding this limit, the excess orders will be canceled.

Any attempts to intentionally circumvent these limits—such as creating duplicate accounts, using multiple names, fake addresses, or automated software—will result in all associated orders being permanently canceled, and the account may be restricted from future purchases.
6. Fraud Prevention Audits
To protect our business and our customers from unauthorized charges, our secure system automatically flags high-risk transactions (e.g., severe billing/shipping address mismatches, missing CVV security codes, or high-risk IP addresses).

If an order is flagged as a high fraud risk, it may be proactively canceled for safety. If you believe your order was flagged in error, please contact our support team so we can assist you in verifying your purchase.
7. Release Date Fluctuations
Please note that all estimated shipping windows and official release dates are based entirely on live data provided by our manufacturing and distribution networks. These dates can occasionally change due to transit delays or production updates. We reserve the right to update our shipping timelines accordingly and will always do our best to update product pages with the most accurate information available.
